Instructions

Step 1

Go to your local police station and get a form to fill out. Specify the following information: - your name and surname, date and place of birth, number of the identity document, address of the place of residence; - name and surname of the invitee (or several), date and place of his (their) birth, address of residence, citizenship and passport number (s).

Step 2

Write in the form provided that you want to invite and accommodate the specified person (s) at your place (or at another address). Indicate what kind of relationship binds you (family, friendship). If you are going to invite friends, be sure to bring the photos of you together, as they may be asked to show you.

Step 3

Indicate the approximate period for which you would like to issue an invitation and the approximate dates of arrival and departure of guests and sign.

Step 4

You will need to submit a number of documents: - a document proving your identity; - apostille of the invited person's passport, certified by a Russian notary; - a letter of guarantee (on housing, material and medical support for the stay of the invited person in Spain); - documents confirming the required level of income of the invited person.

Step 5

Pay the fee for issuing an invitation to the police and send it by regular mail or via courier service. If you and the person you invite have such an opportunity, you can send it by fax or e-mail.

Step 6

If you need any additional documents, you can familiarize yourself with their full list at the police station at your place of residence, or contact a notary for this. So, you may need evidence that your friend or relative is not going to illegally emigrate to Spain (birth certificates of children remaining in Russia, certificates of property rights, etc.).
