Necessary

  • - water body available for rent;
  • - application for participation in the procurement auction;
  • - water use agreement.

Instructions

Step 1

Explore the type of body of water you are interested in. Usually, the lease of a water resource is carried out for breeding and fishing in it or for recreation, therefore it is important that the reservoir is ecologically clean, has an established marketing system, and there are no settlements and industrial enterprises nearby.

Step 2

Find out with the city or regional administration who is the owner of the reservoir. Usually, water resources are in federal or municipal ownership, and also belong to the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation. After that, visit the organization that owns the rights to use the reservoir.

Step 3

The right to use a particular body of water can pass to citizens and organizations under certain circumstances. Most often, an entire body of water or a separate section of it is put up for auction by the organization that owns it. In this case, register to participate in the auction and hold an auction, obtaining the right to use the water resource for your own purposes. Sometimes a certain part of the reservoir is constantly available for organizations wishing to use it as a basis for business: opening a private beach, fishing club, etc. In this case, the right to use the reservoir is received by the person who applied to conclude a lease agreement earlier than others.

Step 4

Sign a water use agreement with the owners of the site you have chosen. The document is created in accordance with the rules for drawing up a lease agreement under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, indicating the term of the resource lease and its cost. Please keep in mind some amendments. For example, the deadline for the use of water bodies should not exceed 20 years. Also, when using the reservoir for navigation, hunting, fishing, swimming and other social needs, the conclusion of a water use agreement is optional.
