To change or return an electronic ticket for an Aeroflot flight, call the information and reservation service at 8-800-333-5555 (for the entire territory of the Russian Federation). Experts will answer any of your questions and help solve the problem with the exchange of an electronic ticket. To do this, familiarize the operator in detail with your situation and find out further instructions. Keep your passport and e-ticket printout with you in order to provide the consultant with your details. They will help identify you.
Step 2
To exchange or return a ticket to the VIM-AVIA company, contact the support service. To do this, send an email to [email protected]. Do not forget to indicate your full name, ticket number, reservation and flight number, departure date. In the text of the letter, also write your contact phone number so that the operator can contact you at any minute. After refunding your e-ticket, you will not lose the money you paid. The company will return them in full. Then re-order your ticket.
Step 3
Change the S7 airline e-ticket at any of their offices. You can do this from 9 am to 1 pm. You can also do this on the company's website. Go to the section "My ticket" and make an exchange there.
