To travel to the Czech Republic, a citizen of the Russian Federation must obtain a Schengen visa. The full name of the company, address, several phone numbers are required, preferably also a website. Freelancers should explain their area of work.

Those traveling by invitation should definitely indicate as much information as possible about the individual or organization that sent the invitation. In particular, his full name or title, address, telephone number, e-mail.

Those who are closely related to a citizen of the European Union should be sure to indicate the personal data of the latter: name and surname, citizenship, ID number. And also clarify who exactly you are an EU citizen - a spouse, child, granddaughter or economically dependent relative in the ascending line. Naturally, it is not necessary to indicate cousins and sisters.
