Instructions

Step 1

Contact the embassy or consulate of the country with the citizens of which you signed a cooperation agreement. Submit all documents proving your authority, namely: - certificate of registration of a legal entity; - certificate of tax registration of your organization; - certified copies of the statutory documents of your organization and a sample seal; - information about your business partners and their certificate on registration; - a power of attorney issued in the name of a courier from your company authorized to conclude an agreement; - a certified copy of his passport.

Step 2

Attach to your documents a letter addressed to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary or Consul General representing the country of origin of your business partners. The letter must ask for accreditation for your firm to work in another country.

Step 3

If the embassy considers it necessary to satisfy your request, then you will receive a certificate of accreditation no later than 2 months after the application.

Step 4

If you work in the market of travel services as a tour operator, then the package of documents that must be submitted to the embassy or the Consulate General will differ slightly from the generally accepted one. In addition to the documents already mentioned, you will have to submit to the ambassador (consul) for consideration: - a certificate of entering information about the tour operator in the EFT ("international tourism"); - a list of travel agencies with which you cooperate on the territory of the Russian Federation, certified by their officials such powers; - a special application for accreditation, drawn up in the form presented on the website of each embassy.

Step 5

Please note: if your company makes any violations in the process of cooperation with foreign business partners, accreditation will be revoked upon their presentation.
