Among the documents that must be provided in order to obtain a Schengen visa to Lithuania, there is also an application in the form of a questionnaire. A positive decision on the issuance of permission to enter the country largely depends on the correctness of its filling.
Instructions
Step 1
For the convenience of citizens wishing to visit the Republic of Lithuania, an electronic application form is posted on the official website of the embassy of this country. There it can be filled in, printed out for presentation to the embassy or saved for later change and use of the entered data.
Step 2
To fill it out, go to the website https://kiris.urm.lt/ru1/index.php?id=fast_registration_form and read the rules for filling out and submitting a visa application form. After that, click the "Next" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3
You have gone to the page for filling out the electronic visa application. Enter the requested requirements about yourself in the free fields.
Step 4
Pay attention to the questions marked with "*". They are mandatory and must be filled in with Latin letters.
Step 5
To correctly answer the requested information, move the mouse cursor over the “?” Circled symbol. After that, a green field will appear with additional information that reveals the essence of the question.
Step 6
If you have any problems filling out this questionnaire, click the "Help" button located in the upper right corner of the page. It not only describes the rules for entering data, but also presents samples of letters with which you need to write all information about yourself.
Step 7
After filling out the application form, press the button "Submit" under it. After that, the system will process the entered data, indicate existing errors, and if everything is correct, it will offer to print or save the document.
Step 8
You can print the questionnaire by clicking on the "Print" button. And if you want to save the data with the possibility of their subsequent correction, click on the link "Save the completed electronic application".
Step 9
To obtain a visa, print the application form, sign it and present it to the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania.
