Documents that confirm the applicant's income and his ability to pay for his stay in the Czech Republic. For businessmen, an individual entrepreneur certificate, a copy of the TIN, a 3-NDFL form or a bank statement on the amount of funds are submitted.
For non-working citizens, an application from a person who agrees to pay for the trip and a certificate from his work, as well as a document on the degree of the applicant's relationship with him, will be required. For students - a certificate from a school, college or university, a copy of a student card, if any, a statement from the person paying for the trip, a certificate from the sponsor's place of work and a copy of a document confirming relationship with him. If the student is a child under 14 years old, a copy of their birth certificate will be required. And all leaving children under 18 years old - consent from the parent to leave the child. For pensioners, a copy of the pension certificate and an account statement of the applicant must be submitted.
If tourists travel by car, among the documents they need to have a photocopy of the driver's license, vehicle passport, a copy of the vehicle registration certificate, Green Card and its copy.
