Step 1
Since the most convenient and fastest way to immigrate to the Czech Republic is to open your own business on the territory of the Republic, then, first of all, consider just this option. The most popular areas in business are the following types: tourism, purchase of apartments for their subsequent lease to foreign tourists, cleaning companies, real estate operations, renovation work. If you have an interest in these areas of business, you can safely open your company in the Czech Republic and move there legally.
Step 2
To open your own company, you need to register it with the Commercial Court of the Czech Republic. To do this, you will need to pay for the registration procedure in the amount of about 2,000 euros and provide a full set of documents. It includes documents proving the identity of a person, and a certificate of no criminal record on the territory of the country of residence. You also need to provide additional information about the founder of the enterprise. These are personal data, a description of the company's activities, several options for the desired name of your business, written in Latin, and the size of the authorized capital. After submitting all the necessary documents, the process of registering a company will take about 2 weeks.
Step 3
Now, based on the fact that you have your own business in the Czech Republic, you can apply for a residence permit (residence permit) at any Czech consulate outside the Republic. For example, a Russian submits an application in Ukraine. This package of papers includes a questionnaire; four color photographs measuring 3, 5x4, 5 cm; a valid international passport (its validity period must be at least 1.5 years from the date of submission of documents); an extract from the commercial register confirming the existence of your company; residence address in the Czech Republic; extract from the personal account; police clearance certificate on the territory of the Czech Republic; medical certificate for a year. Usually, the processing time for your application takes about 120 days, but in practice everything happens much faster - within 2-3 months.
Step 4
After you have been issued a residence permit, you can safely move. Now, not only the Czech Republic will open before you. You also get the right to travel throughout Europe where a Schengen visa is valid. And after five years, you can apply to the state authorities of the Czech Republic for obtaining citizenship.
Step 5
In addition to opening a company, you can immigrate to the Czech Republic for other reasons. These are work in a Czech company, getting an education at a higher educational institution of the Republic and marriage with a Czech citizen. The list of documents is the same, with the exception of the statement about the existence of the company. But for each category listed, you will need to attach your own supporting document. This can be an employment contract, a training contract, or a marriage certificate.

When immigrating to the Czech Republic, remember that after you pick up your visa and arrive on the territory of the Republic, you need to register with the Aliens Police within 3 days.
