Belgium is a land of chocolate, beer and pissing boys. In order to see all its attractions, you need to obtain a visa, since Belgium is one of the countries of the Schengen zone.
Instructions
Step 1
Download the application form from the website of the Belgian Embassy to your computer. Fill it out in Word format or print it in PDF format and fill in the required information in the appropriate fields. Write in block letters. Fill out the questionnaire in English, French, Dutch or German. 1 copy is required for the visa center.
Step 2
Take 2 photos. The size should be 50x50 mm.
Step 3
Take a copy of the first page of your international passport. Remember that it must be valid for at least 90 days after the expected date of departure from the country. Please also note that the Belgian Embassy requires two blank pages on both sides of the passport. Make copies of all previously issued Schengen visas, even if they are pasted into an expired passport. Also attach the old passport to the package of documents.
Step 4
Get a medical insurance policy for those traveling abroad. The minimum sum insured to enter Belgium is 30,000 euros. The insurance policy must include the costs of repatriation. Usually, insurers indicate Shengen in the "territory of action" column, the policy is valid in other countries of the zone.
Step 5
Take a certificate from the accounting department of the organization where you work, indicating your position, salary and confirmation that you have been granted leave for the duration of the trip. The certificate must be printed on the official letterhead of the company.
Step 6
Contact the bank where you are served with a request to provide you with an extract from your account. Or buy euros, attach the purchase receipt to the package of documents.
Step 7
Buy flights, book a hotel or hostel. It is necessary to confirm the hotel reservation for the entire stay in Belgium.
Step 8
Make an appointment at the Visa Application Center of the Belgian Embassy by phone 495-276-2517, without an appointment, documents will not be accepted. At the appointed time, bring all the collected documents. Visa center address: Moscow, st. Pinch, 11, bldg. 1.
