Step 1
Remember that the decision to grant you a visa is made by the Spanish Embassy, and the tour operator only transmits your application and documents. And the list of mandatory documents includes: an agreement on the protection of personal data that you provide to the tour operator; a questionnaire, the data of which are used for their intended purpose by travel agency managers when filling out a Spanish questionnaire. The process is as follows: first, you must fill out a personal questionnaire in Russian at the travel agency where you applied, and only then it will be translated into Spanish; passport, photo 3, 5x4, 5;
Step 2
Take a certificate from the place of work and a certificate from the bank about the state of your account and about the absence of a loan debt.

Fill out the Spanish questionnaire and sign it on the back pages.

It is possible, but not required, to attach a printed sponsorship letter.
Step 5
A visa is issued within 10 working days. The cost of registration will depend on how many days before the trip you begin to prepare for it and collect the necessary documents.

If you took care of this more than 21 days before departure, then it will cost you about 3,500. If in 11 - 20 days, then the amount increases to 4,000. And the longer you wait with the submission of documents, the more money you will have to spend.

If you do not want to waste time filling out the application form directly at the tour operator's office, then there is an opportunity to download the necessary application form for obtaining a visa from the specialized website of the Spanish Visa Application Center. And fill it out at home, and come to the tour operator with a ready-made questionnaire. This will significantly reduce the amount of time spent.
