Choosing hotels of 3 and 4 stars in such places, tourists run the risk of depriving themselves not only of comfort, but also of most of the entertainment, because outside the territory of the hotel in Egypt or India there may be no civilization at all. And even if the local population is in most cases friendly to foreigners, other inhabitants of the tropics (snakes, monkeys, insects) may not be so friendly.
