Not all powers have canceled visa entry for Russians. Many people still insist on getting the coveted stamp in their passports. In order for the documents to be accepted at the embassy, you need to fill out a form, indicating in it all the information of interest to the receiving party.
Instructions
Step 1
Download the visa application form from the website of the embassy of the country where you are going. Please read the instructions for filling out carefully and keep the list of documents that you need to provide for verification of information.
Step 2
Complete the first lines. Most often, you need to enter the last name, first name, patronymic, age and gender. Most of the questionnaires are accepted in English. But some embassies require writing in the native dialect of the host country. Be sure to check this circumstance in advance.
Step 3
Type in the appropriate fields the job title, place of work, purpose of travel, time spent in the country. Indicate the name of the hotel if you are staying at a hotel or the address of the apartment where you will be staying. Write if you have visited this state before. Please note if you will be accompanied by a spouse, children, friends, or if you are planning a tour alone.
Step 4
Explain the aggravating circumstances. Do not hide your criminal record or the availability of a loan. When checked, these data will still come out. You will not be able to deceive the embassy, and in this case you will definitely be denied a visa.
Step 5
Take your foreign passport and duplicate all the necessary information in the form. Write the number, series, date of issue, availability of previous visas to enter this state. Indicate how many months are left until the expiration date of the document. Most often, a visa is not issued to citizens whose passport expires earlier than six months after the date of return from a trip to their homeland.
Step 6
Sign in the required box and be sure to decipher the signature. Leave your contact numbers and e-mail address so that the embassy staff can clarify all the details you are interested in.
Step 7
Print out the questionnaire in duplicate and in the upper right corner of the first sheet, stick a photograph measuring three by four centimeters. The picture can be either color or black and white.
