The first thing to do before packing your belongings is to familiarize yourself with the baggage rules on your carrier's website. The general rules for all airlines are 20 baggage and 5 kilograms in carry-on baggage per person. But there are nuances: for example, some airlines do not accept suitcases weighing more than 30 kg. It is very important to know such information in advance so that later at the airport you do not have to transfer things from one suitcase to another. Now about what you need to take with you on vacation and how to put it all right in your suitcase.

Instructions

Step 1

Documents, money, credit cards (MANDATORY!) And things, the absence of which upon arrival will cause you serious inconvenience, must be taken in hand luggage. What if your luggage will fly to another place by mistake? Do not be afraid, this happens extremely rarely, but just in case you need to provide for all situations.

Step 2

Find out what the weather will be like before packing your clothes. If you are driving to a warm coast, remember that the air temperature is indicated in the shade. That is, if it is written that + 21-23 in Hurghada, it means that in absolutely cloudless weather (and, believe me, it will be exactly cloudless) the temperature will reach + 28-30 degrees. You understand that at this temperature, one light windbreaker is enough for you for evening walks. Things should be as versatile as possible and combined with each other. This will allow you to create the maximum number of looks with a minimum amount of clothing. Don't take expensive designer items with you. This rule also applies to jewelry. If you do decide to take them, pack them in your hand luggage. It is better to pack clothes in bags, because you will take cosmetics with you that can stain things. Shoes, especially with heels, are best placed in the center of the suitcase so that sharp edges do not damage the upholstery or damage the integrity of the luggage.

Step 3

Do not take gels, shampoos, creams, personal care products, etc. with you. All this can be bought upon arrival at the supermarket closest to the hotel. If you have specific cosmetics that are difficult to find in a regular store, pour shampoos and creams into smaller tubes. Thermal water and other liquids exceeding 100 ml should be packed in your luggage. Pack liquids in plastic bags so that during the flight yours, for example, nail polish remover, does not spill and stain all your clothes. Put your manicure supplies in your suitcase too. Piercing and cutting objects are strictly prohibited as carry-on baggage. Beach towels can also be purchased upon arrival. In addition, in some hotels beach towels are already included in the price and are given free of charge.

Step 4

Phone, laptop or tablet, camera, chargers, of course, you need to take in hand luggage. Think carefully if you need a hairdryer and an iron on vacation. Many hotels do not provide an iron on demand, but force you to take things to dry cleaning for a very impressive amount. As a rule, you cannot do normal styling with a hotel hairdryer: it will either be low-power or inconveniently attached to the wall. Following this reasoning, it makes sense to take a hair dryer and iron with you. Just buy a special compact road vehicle. And do not forget about the plug adapter, otherwise all your devices may be useless.

Step 5

Be sure to take analgesics, antiseptics, antidiarrheals, antipyretics, personal medications and vitamins you need. In many countries, a medicine can only be bought by a doctor's prescription, and, most likely, the name of this medicine will be different, so it is unlikely that you will be able to navigate in the pharmacy on your own when buying a medicine. It is better to take all the necessary medications with you. Have a nice trip!
