It is believed that there are only five categories of hotels, respectively, which are assigned stars. However, in fact, this classification is outdated long ago and does not correspond to the variety of tourist accommodation services provided by the tourism business. So, in hotels that have been assigned one star, you can expect a bed with clean linens, sinks and mirrors in the room, there will be a shared shower on the floor, sometimes a bathroom.

In two-star hotels you will be offered sectional accommodation, i.e. a bathroom with a shower in them is not designed for all guests of the floor, but for 5-6 rooms. If the number of rooms is more than 50 rooms, such a hotel should also have a restaurant with at least only breakfast. For a fee, the maid is obliged to arrange the washing and dry cleaning of your belongings. Room cleaning should be regular, but linen is changed only once every 5 days.

It is almost impossible to describe three-star hotels in modern reality. Despite the very specific requirements for "treshki", hotels in this category are very different. The minimum set that a guest can apply for: a separate bathroom with a shower, an air conditioner in the room, a TV and a refrigerator. Cleaning should be daily, linen should be changed at least once every 3 days. A lobby bar is required, as well as a restaurant on site. Parking, taxi call services, ordering air and railway tickets, reception services (except room service) are free of charge.

Four-star hotels differ little from three-ruble bills in terms of requirements, except that the rooms are more spacious, the service is higher. The household set is the same, but the bathroom must have replenished toiletries and a hairdryer. Linen is changed daily, room cleaning is at least once a day. By the way, the lack of hot water for more than three days in a row serves as a reason for the hotel to lose its star, so it is believed that becoming a four is much easier than being it in reality.

Hotels "five stars" belong to the class of luxury. The minimum requirements that they must meet: the presence of their own secure parking, the number of rooms from 25 rooms, at least 30% - two-room apartments with an area of 60 squares or more. 2 restaurants and 2 bars on site, one of which is 24/7. Meeting room or conference room, related services (spa centers, baths, hammams, massage parlors, etc.). The rooms have all the conveniences of "fours", cleaning 2 times a day, room service is free.
