The Kingdom of Denmark is a member state of the Schengen Agreement. If you are a citizen of the Russian Federation and are going to visit Denmark, you will need a valid visa. You can get it yourself by collecting the necessary package of documents and contacting the Visa Department of the Royal Embassy in Moscow or Visa Application Centers in St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don and Kazan.
Necessary
- - international passport;
- - a photocopy of the spread of the passport (A4 format);
- - the original of the used passport and a photocopy of its spread (A4 format);
- - photocopies of previous Schengen visas (if any), UK and US visas and border crossing stamps (A4 format);
- - questionnaire;
- - 2 color photographs 3, 5X4, 5 (without corners and ovals);
- - confirmation of accommodation (hotel reservation, invitation);
- - round trip tickets (original, copy);
- - a certificate from the employer;
- - confirmation of financial solvency;
- - medical insurance policy (original, copy on A4 sheet) with coverage of at least 30,000 euros, valid in EU countries;
- - covering letter;
- - payment of the consular fee in the amount of 1430 rubles.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, check your passport. It must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of return from the trip and have 2 blank pages.
Step 2
Prepare your visa application form. Be sure to sign the form. Stick one photo on the application, and attach the second to the documents. Visa applications are only possible by appointment. Make an appointment by phone (495) 276 25 18. The Visa Section of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 12:00
Step 3
The certificate from the place of work must be on the letterhead of the organization and contain the following information: the position of the applicant, work experience, the amount of the monthly salary (at least 500 euros) and information about the leave provided with the preservation of the workplace.
Step 4
Confirm the availability of funds with a bank statement. You must have at least 50 euros per day (per person).
Step 5
If you are a private entrepreneur, attach to the main documents the originals and photocopies of certificates of registration and registration with the tax authorities and a declaration of income for the billing period, certified by the seal of the tax authority.
Step 6
Students must submit a copy of their birth certificate, school certificate, sponsorship letter, and a photocopy of the spread of the internal passport of the parent funding the trip.
Step 7
If you are traveling by invitation, it must contain the following data: name, surname, copy of the passport (residence permit), signature and address of the inviting person, name, surname and passport number of the invitee, time and purpose of the trip. Attach a statement stating that the inviter will bear all the costs of your stay in the country.
Step 8
Pensioners and non-working citizens must submit a copy of the pension certificate and confirmation of the availability of funds (bank statement, sponsorship letter, etc.).
Step 9
For children, fill out a separate form and sign it. Attach a copy of the birth certificate and notarized consent from the remaining parent. If the child is traveling with a third party, permission from both parents will be required. If the other parent is absent, submit a certificate from the notified body.
Step 10
Do not forget that the period of validity of the insurance policy must exceed the period of your stay in the country by 15 days.
Step 11
Write a cover letter with details of the travel itinerary, including dates, hotels and means of transportation.
