Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you will need to fill out a visa application form. To do this, follow the link of the Consulate General of Spain in Moscow - https://www.spainvac-ru.com/russian/download.aspx. Study the sample questionnaire, fill it out in Spanish or English, sign and stick one photo on it. Submission of documents is carried out by appointment only. Step 2
The confirmation of the hotel reservation must indicate the name and surname of the tourists, the reservation number and the hotel details. This can be a printout from international sites of booking systems or a fax with the seal and signature of the person in charge.
Step 3
If you are traveling by invitation, you must attach to the documents the original and a photocopy of the invitation, which was issued at the police station at the place of residence of the person inviting you.
Step 4
You can confirm the availability of the necessary funds by providing a bank statement, traveler's checks or a certificate of purchase of currency. You will need 57 euros per person per day.
Step 5
Pensioners and non-working citizens will need a photocopy of their pension card, a personal bank statement or sponsorship letter from the person financing the trip, a photocopy of their internal passport, and a certificate from their employer.
Step 6
Pupils and students need to attach a certificate from the educational institution, a copy of the student card, a sponsorship letter, a certificate from the place of work of the person financing the trip, and photocopies of the pages of his internal passport.
Step 7
Children must attach to the main package of documents the original and a copy of the birth certificate, and a questionnaire signed by the parent.
Step 8
If the child travels with one of the parents or with an accompanying person, it will be necessary to attach a notarized power of attorney from the second parent (s) and a photocopy (photocopy) of his (their) internal (internal) passport (s). If one of the parents is absent, an appropriate document (certificate) from the competent authorities is required.
Step 9
Upon receipt of passports, you will need to present your internal passport and a receipt for payment of the consular fee.
