For those who want to relax while walking, there are small cozy taverns and cafes filled with indescribable local flavor. Here you can enjoy a glass of Spanish wine, taste traditional cuisine, such as boiled meat in Madrid "callos" (tripe with blood sausage), a refreshing cold gazpacho vegetable soup - all this is just a small part of what Madrid cuisine can pamper a gourmet.
Some cafes have been welcoming visitors for over a hundred years, such as Gijon Barbieri, Café del Espejo or Café Comércial. The main life of Madrid begins at night, when the Spaniards communicate, sharing the latest news, just strolling through the streets, enjoying the coolness of the southern night.
All this is just a small part of what this wonderful city has to offer. Only after visiting here, you can feel the indescribable flavor of the pearl of the Iberian Peninsula. You can hardly find a person who, having visited Madrid, would not want to visit this city again.
