Step 1

Write a statement. A sample application can be found on the Internet. An application for the issuance of a new generation passport can be submitted to an adult citizen of the Russian Federation at any FMS (regardless of the place of registration) or fill out an electronic form in the Unified Portal for the Presentation of State and Municipal Services.
Step 3
Collect all documents and take them to the FMS. For an adult to apply for a new generation passport when contacting the FMS, it is necessary to take with him: an application according to the sample in two copies; passport; receipt for payment of state. duties; two photos; military ID. If a man from 18 to 27 years old has not yet served in the army, he can bring a certificate from the military registration and enlistment office stating that he was not called up on the day of submission of documents. Contract soldiers are required to provide permission from the command. When registering a passport for a child, it is necessary: one application according to the sample; birth certificate of the child / act of the guardianship authority; passport (if you already have one); passport of a parent / guardian who will be the child's legal representative abroad; receipt for payment of state. duties; one photo. If you refuse to accept documents, check the employment contract. There may be a restriction on travel abroad.
