Often, Russian-speaking employees are in great demand - for example, when developing websites for clients from the Commonwealth countries. This way you will be able to obtain a work permit and, as a result, a residence permit.

If you graduated from a university in Russia, try applying for a scholarship to master or postgraduate studies in a selected European country. There are quite a few scholarships and grants for students from Russia (for example, the British Chevening), and you should not be afraid to send your documents, even if the grades in the diploma are far from ideal - often for the admissions committee, a cover letter from a scholarship applicant and a description of work experience is much more important … Find out about scholarships on the websites of the universities you are interested in, and also feel free to contact your own university and inquire about exchange programs.
