At the same time, if you did not manage to issue such a card in advance, then some sanatoriums can draw it up literally on the spot, taking all the necessary tests, but, as a rule, such a service will not be cheap due to the urgency and necessity.

What does this document look like? This is a medical paper, which is usually drawn up according to the model adopted by the Ministry of Health. Typically, the final signing is made by the attending physician. But, besides her, the following "instances" are also mandatory: another attending physician who observes your specific ailment (for example, a cardiologist, gastroenterologist, neuropathologist or dermatologist), fluorography procedure, mandatory cardiogram, general blood test, urinalysis and a gynecologist at women.

If necessary, the therapist can prescribe other specialized tests so that the employees of the sanatorium have more complete information about the course of their client's diseases. After the final signature by the attending physician, the spa card, in accordance with the standards adopted by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, must also be certified by the head of the clinic or the chairman of the clinical expert commission.

So, the general list of documents required to visit the sanatorium is as follows - a civil internal passport or a child's birth certificate, a vacation voucher, a health resort card certified by a therapist or an extract from a person's medical history and, which is highly recommended, an insurance policy drawn up by an employee of an insurance company …

In the event that you want to go on vacation and simultaneous treatment in a sanatorium with your child, you need to draw up two spa cards. Moreover, the last word in the second document remains with the pediatrician, who will supplement it with a certificate of vaccinations and the epidemiological environment of your child. Moreover, it is worth knowing and remembering that the latter has a very limited period of validity - only three days, so it must be taken almost before being sent to the sanatorium.
