Step 1
Before traveling abroad, you will need to obtain a passport. This document is drawn up at the passport office for 30 days and is valid for five years. It should be remembered that if you received a Schengen visa from an embassy, for example, Germany, you will definitely need to visit it during your trip, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the Schengen countries next time. When applying for a visa at the embassy, you need to have a tour or invitation with you. If your passport expires less than six months from the date of travel, you can not count on obtaining a visa - you will first have to update the document.
Step 3
The most important stage is border control. Violation of customs rules is a serious enough crime, which sometimes even leads to criminal punishment. It is best to check all documents for authenticity and correct execution before the trip. The border guards will need to present your boarding pass and your passport. Also, border officials will have to inspect your baggage, so you need to make sure that they do not have any additional questions for you regarding its contents.
Step 4
A citizen's exit from the country may be temporarily restricted in several cases at once, for example, if he has information that is a state secret. A Russian who is subject to military conscription will not be released abroad; is wanted for committing a crime or evading obligations that were previously imposed by the court. In addition, for providing false information about yourself, the right to leave the country may also be temporarily restricted.
