Relaxing on the beach is the main summer entertainment. The noise of the water soothes, the sea air strengthens the immune system, and the sun's rays warm the body pleasantly and the skin gradually acquires a beautiful dark shade. For the picture to be so rosy, you need to relax on the beach correctly.
It is necessary
- - mineral water / diluted juice;
- - sunscreens;
- - hat / panama;
- - first aid kit;
- - fruits / vegetables for a snack.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, a beach holiday should be safe. It is best to spend the first half of the day by the sea (up to 12 noon). If getting up early is not part of your vacation plans, go to the beach in the evening after 16-17.00. The sun is the least aggressive at this time of day, so you get a great tan with minimal health risks.
Step 2
Despite the safe time, you should not give up protective equipment. In the first days of vacation, use a high protection filter (SPF40 and higher). Reduce the protective level as your skin adapts to the sun. However, doctors do not recommend products with a very low filter. The best option is SPF25-30. Apply spray / milk / cream in advance, 10-15 minutes before going to the beach. Be sure to renew the protection after 1-1.5 hours and after each exit from the water.
Step 3
When going to the beach, stock up on liquid. The best option is mineral water or diluted freshly squeezed juice (citrus, carrot, pumpkin, cucumber, etc.). This will help prevent dehydration and premature aging. Especially if you like to spend time actively on the beach. The skin moisturized from the inside will tan perfectly, will remain soft and pleasant to the touch.
Step 4
While relaxing on the beach, give up alcoholic beverages. Even a small proportion of alcohol has a bad effect on internal organs and blood vessels, and also accelerates the process of dehydration. An intoxicated person easily loses orientation and a sense of fear, because of which the sea becomes mortally dangerous for him. Therefore, you should only rest on the beach in a sober state.
Step 5
Do not take perishable foods and dairy products to the beach. However, you should not suffer from hunger for a long time (especially if you are resting with children). A great option would be pre-washed and well-packaged solid fruits / vegetables: apples, cucumbers, carrots, etc. Another option for a snack is to go to a nearby cafe. Do not purchase ready-made food from beach vendors: most of the produce is prepared in unsanitary conditions, which can be hazardous to health.
Step 6
Be sure to bring a small first aid kit with you. Include in it a remedy for burns, an antiseptic, a little vinegar (helps with a collision with jellyfish and other marine life), a plaster, wet antibacterial wipes. These drugs will help provide first aid in minor incidents.
Step 7
While relaxing on the beach with your child, keep an eye on him. Young children do not realize that they are overheated or overcooled until the condition becomes critical. Be sure to wear a panama / kerchief on your child and regularly renew the protective layer. When swimming, use an inflatable armband / vest / circle. Give your baby a few sips of water every 15 to 20 minutes.
