The first and most necessary thing that should always be in the medicine cabinet and in every mom's bag is an antiseptic. Liquid, cruciform, powder-does not matter, the main thing is that it is. This is the same lifesaver that will help with wounds, cuts and minor injuries.

A liquid antiseptic should be used whenever there is no way to wash your hands: before eating, after using the toilet, in public places. In addition to an antiseptic, first aid requires bandages and plasters. They also need to be put in the first aid kit, and more, adults will also come in handy.

The child is very sensitive to climate change. The so-called acclimatization can be found at the very beginning of a fun pastime. It is advisable to take absorbents a week or two before vacation and immediately upon arrival at a new place in order to avoid spoiled rest. The first signs of acclimatization are fever, diarrhea and vomiting. They can easily be confused with ordinary poisoning. To relieve these unpleasant symptoms, children’s antipyretic and already familiar absorbents are needed.

You need to have in the first-aid kit remedies for poisoning, intestinal disorders, abdominal pain and others. You also need to stock up on these funds, since poisoning with water and food on vacation is too common.

The next necessary item is pain reliever. On vacation, the child and his parents may unexpectedly find teeth that have not yet erupted, a headache, etc.

Remedies for sore throat and coughs should also be present in the medicine cabinet. For babies, it is better if they are in the form of a syrup, for older children, lollipops.

Another problem that a child may face when changing climate is allergies. It can be for everything: from food to the flowering of a particular plant. Therefore, we add a couple of allergy drugs to the first aid kit.

Drops for the ears will not be superfluous if it suddenly blows. They will help relieve inflammation.

If you plan to travel by plane, be sure to check with the airline for the rules for the carriage of medicines. Some companies prohibit transportation of certain drugs. Also remember that you can take medicines in liquid form only with a volume of no more than 100 ml in your carry-on baggage.

It is necessary with common sense to approach the collection of a first aid kit for a child. Moreover, if the trip is abroad. As you know, not all the usual medicines can be found there. Better to let all the medicines that end up in the first-aid kit be superfluous than, in which case, you have to run around and look for the same medicine that is nowhere to be found. And it must be remembered: a first aid kit is only first aid that can be provided to a child before an ambulance arrives or before an independent arrival at a medical institution.
