Registration of the invitation itself for obtaining a visa does not require much effort and a frenzied number of permits. Everything is simple enough. Instructions
Step 1
The first step towards issuing an invitation to a foreign citizen from a visa country is to collect the necessary papers. A complete list of documents for issuing an invitation is presented above. A passport, a foreigner can either scan and send in electronic form, or send a photocopier. You do not need to certify and translate it.
Step 2
Fill out the application on your computer. Here it is important to leave at least two contact numbers, fill out your work activity exactly according to the work book (at the end, do not forget to indicate its number and date of issue). Remember that the visit time is maximum 90 days. When filling out the column about the desired date of receipt of the invitation, please note that the minimum processing time is 30 working days.
Step 3
Next, write a letter of guarantee, which in turn will oblige you to provide funds to a foreign citizen for the entire period of stay in Russia in an amount not lower than the subsistence level (the subsistence minimum in Russia for 2011 is 5978 rubles, in Moscow 9825 rubles), and also provide it departure (deportation) from the country, provide a medical policy, living space of at least 10 sq. meters The letter itself is written in a free form. Step 4
Take a certificate of income from work (students and pensioners may not provide it at all), remember that it is valid for a month. If for some reason you cannot get it, then it is possible to provide an extract of a personal account from the bank (the amount should cover all the costs of maintaining the guest).
Step 5
Pay the state fee for issuing an invitation. In 2011, it is 500 rubles. If you are not in the Moscow region, check the details.
Step 6
After all the documents are collected, go to the district FMS and submit your application.
