If your relative, friend or just an acquaintance lives abroad, he may well issue you an invitation. But only if this person lives in another state legally.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are invited to visit by a non-relative, the invitation is usually made through the police, especially when it comes to a trip to Spain. Therefore, your friend must first contact the police station and find out what documents need to be submitted for registration. As a rule, papers must be provided to both parties.
Step 2
Usually a very voluminous package of documents is required - it should contain almost complete information about both you and your friend. Most often, you need to provide your passport, and from the inviting party you will need a passport and its notarized copy. You should also prepare a certificate from your place of residence, and the inviter - a certificate of registration and copies of documents for housing. The person who invites you to visit must have a sufficiently high income and submit a certificate from the place of work about the amount of his salary. If the numbers in it are small, most likely, you will not be able to issue an invitation through the police.
Step 3
Take care of proof of your friendship with the inviter in advance. These can be your joint photographs, marks in your passport that you have come to him before, as well as your correspondence. Remember that the person who invites you will have a conversation. Therefore, if you don't know much, try to talk on the phone and tell more information about yourself. After all, if police officers suspect deception, your invitation will be refused.
Step 4
If the invitation is nevertheless approved, the inviting party must send you a package of documents - the invitation itself, certified copies of your passport, income and registration certificates, a written story about you.
Step 5
To go to the consulate and start applying for a visa, you must add a lot of your papers to the documents received. Including a passport and its copies, several 3x4 color photographs, a salary certificate, copies of a Russian passport, medical insurance, confirmation of your friendly relations with the inviting party and proof that you have enough money for the duration of your stay. Such proof can be your account statement, traveler's checks, bank statements on the purchase of currency.
