The city of Borisoglebsk emerged in 1696 and was originally a fortress that protected Russian lands from the raids of the Crimean Tatars and Nogais. You cannot fly to Borisoglebsk by plane - the nearest airport is located 70 kilometers away. Therefore, the most common way to travel is by long-distance train. The following trains depart from the Paveletsky railway station every day: "Moscow - Dushanbe", "Moscow - Astrakhan", "Moscow - Khujand", "Moscow - Volgograd", "Moscow - Baku" and "Moscow - Balashov". Travel time is approximately 15 hours 50 minutes.
Step 2
When traveling from Moscow to Borisoglebsk, you can use an intercity bus. Three times a week, the Moscow-Borisoglebsk bus departs from the bus station, which is located near the Krasnogvardeyskaya metro station.
Step 3
You can also take a bus that departs from the Teply Stan metro station four times a week.
Step 4
There is also a third option - the Moscow - Borisoglebsk bus, which leaves the Shchelkovo bus station once a week. In all three cases, the time spent on the road will be equal to 11 hours and 10 minutes.
Step 5
Some people use the minibus taxi service, which departs from the Yasenevo metro station three times a week. Minibuses are more comfortable than a regular intercity bus, and they travel faster. Therefore, you can get to Borisoglebsk by minibus in 10 hours and 30 minutes.
Step 6
It is possible to get from Moscow to Borisoglebsk by car. According to the first option, you first need to go along the M-4 “Don” highway, and then turn onto the P-22 “Kaspiy” highway, which will lead through Stupino, Michurinsk and Tambov. After Tambov, there will be no more than 60 kilometers to Borisoglebsk. The main advantage of this path is its excellent road surface and a small number of traffic lights.
Step 7
As for the second option, first you need to move along the M-4 Don highway through Novomoskovsk and Yelets. And after Voronezh, you need to go to the left onto the A-144 highway, which will lead directly to the outskirts of Borisoglebsk. In both cases, the journey to your destination will take approximately 9 hours and 30 minutes. But this is only if the roads are clear of a large number of cars.
