Make payments
Remember and write down on a piece of paper what monthly payments will fall on the period of your vacation. If you are going abroad, find out if you have any outstanding fines, taxes and other payments. Otherwise, you may simply not be allowed to go abroad. Take care of your valuables
Think about how you will protect your savings and valuables. Better not to leave them at home. Particularly valuable things and documents can be deposited in a bank, and a safe deposit box can be rented there. It is worth doing this in advance, since there may not be any free cells of the size you need during the holiday season. Cash can also be stored in a safe deposit box.
But it is more profitable to place free money on a bank deposit. Many banks offer special "summer" deposits for a period of 1 to 3 months on attractive terms. If you decide to leave documents and money at home, install an iron door and an alarm that will be displayed on the remote security control panel. But it will cost a lot.
If you cannot afford such expenses, you can go for a trick simply display a red flashing light above the front door, as when installing an alarm. Thieves will think that your apartment is on guard and will not climb.
