Bulgaria today is one of the most favorite holiday destinations for Russians. After all, you can spend time here for relatively little money, while with comfort. However, Bulgaria is a European country and, therefore, you need a visa to travel to it. But not everyone knows how to open it.

Instructions
Step 1
You need to submit the documents for obtaining a Bulgarian visa to the visa center. Hand over a package of necessary papers to its specialists, and they, in turn, will hand them over to the consulate themselves. Remember that you can apply for a visa on any working day from 9.00 to 16.00.
Step 2
Fill out the form, indicating all the required information about yourself. Answer as honestly as possible, because any doubt about your sincerity may become a reason for refusing to issue you a visa for travel to Bulgaria.
Step 3
A color photo must be glued to the form itself. Take more than one photo with you, just in case, because if you make mistakes in the questionnaire and notice them too late, you will need to redo everything.
Step 4
If you travel to Bulgaria at the invitation of a relative or acquaintance, you will need to provide the appropriate paper to the visa center. In addition, the inviting party must send you documents confirming its solvency. You will also provide them to the consulate. This is necessary so that the Bulgarian side knows that if the financial situation on your side changes for the worse, in Bulgaria itself there will be a person who will undertake to support you.
Step 5
You will need to pay the visa fee and the cost of visa processing services. On average, a document for an adult will cost 3600 rubles for an adult and children from 6 years old and 1200 rubles for a child under 6 years old. If you need to get a visa urgently, it will cost you 5,000 to 6,400 rubles.
Step 6
If you already have a Schengen visa open, then there will be no problems with moving to Bulgaria. True, you cannot do this directly from Russia. In this case, you will have to enter Bulgaria through Romania. But an open Schengen visa allows you to spend 90 days in Bulgaria without additional paperwork.
Step 7
The term for consideration of documents is 2 days. After this period, you will be assigned a time when you will need to come and pick up your visa.
