Instructions
Step 1
The choice of an area for a short or long vacation in Sharm El Sheikh depends solely on the preferences of each tourist. The city is large enough to find both five-star luxury hotels and boarding houses. People who prefer independent rest can stay in one of the many gated communities - compounds, or in apartment buildings or villas.
The oldest and most populated area is Hadaba. It is best to stay here for people who like to lead an active lifestyle outside the hotel, as well as for lovers of exotic and adventure. Hadaba has both excellent hotels and private villas, as well as hotels of different categories. The beaches in the area are coral, not very suitable for swimming with children, but suitable for snorkelling and scuba diving. Hadaba is best suited for winter recreation, as it is sheltered from the cold, wet winds that come in December and February. The sea in the bays of this region is warmer in winter.
Step 2
The most tourist and party area is Naama Bay. The beaches here are mostly sandy, comfortable for relaxing and swimming, the entrance to the water is smooth and not sharp. There are a lot of hotels of the 3-4 * category, there are several chain "fives", a lot of apartments in the complexes. In general, the place is recommended for party lovers: the most noisy and famous clubs and discos are located in Naama. Divers and snorkelers will have to travel elsewhere as there are no coral thickets in Naama.
Step 3
Shark's Bay area is preferred for those who want to retire and relax away from various parties and noise. There are expensive hotels, European restaurants and cafes here. The sea is rocky and coral, entry into the water from bridges. From Shark's Bay to other parts of the city, you need to go by transport, so those who like to explore the host cities of the "shark" bay on their own may not be suitable. In addition, prices are quite high here compared to other resort areas.
Step 4
Not bad, but very secluded, is also the Montazah area. You need to go to the main sights of the city by your own car or taxi. The area is uninhabited but very beautiful with a good beach suitable for snorkeling. A small number of hotels have been built in Montaz, there are complexes of apartments and villas. Another isolated area (the newest in Sharm el-Sheikh) is Nabq with many apartments and villas for rent, as well as hotels of different price categories.
