Make a list of fishing participants. Step 2
Decide what transport the company will use to get to the fishing spot and back, what equipment you need for fishing. If fishing is planned with an overnight stay or will drag on for several days, calculate how many tents, sleeping bags and foam you need for your company. In the list of things, in addition to all the necessary equipment for fishing, include equipment for entertainment: for example, badminton rackets with a shuttlecock, an air mattress for swimming or playing cards that will brighten up leisure in the company during those hours when there is no bite.
Step 3
Assign those responsible for the kitchen, overnight stay, entertainment even before departure, so that upon arrival at the place you do not waste time on organizational issues. Please note that you may need attendants at night. Distribute in advance who will wash the dishes during fishing, who will drive the car, and who will marinate and cook the barbecue. It will also be useful to draw up a set of basic rules of conduct on fishing in order to avoid conflicts, especially if there are newcomers in the company.
Step 4
On the eve of fishing, prepare bait for fishing for all fishermen: it can be boiled cereals, cake, peas or bread crumbs. Stock up on an extra set of gear just in case. Collect the minimum first aid kit: activated charcoal, iodine, bandage and plaster. If possible, take an electronic scale with you in order to objectively compare the catch at the end of the fishing, and salt reserves to pour the caught fish into it if the fishing takes several days.
