To rent a house in Croatia, decide where you will go to in this country. The Adriatic coast is the most popular among tourists. But if you want to stay closer to the sea, book the property in advance. There are few such offers, and all of them are in constant demand.

Check out the pricing policy for rental housing in Croatia. For seasonal holidays (July, August), prepare to pay between 23 and 50 euros per person. Apartments with minimal amenities will cost 15-30 euros per person.

Find on the Internet the ads of the owners of apartments in Croatia. Decide on the size of your home. It can be a studio or one to four bedrooms. The smallest options have an area of 25 sq. m (the size of a standard hotel room) and include a room, bathroom and kitchenette. Such accommodation is most often rented for business trips. The maximum apartment size in Croatia is 150-200 sq. m.

If you find a site with good rental deals, research the possible accommodation of tourists in the house. It is prescribed in this way: A2, A2 + 1, A2 + 2. The first number means the minimum, and the second - the maximum number of people who can live in this apartment.

Ask the tenant for the location of the property: how far from the sea is it, what is the level of infrastructure development (market, shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, etc.), the type of building (old house or new building), what is the area.

Specify what additional amenities are: air conditioning, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, Internet. Also ask if the apartment has a star rating.
