Feel free to write in English, because those who are engaged in the tourism business know it. Find out how far the sea is from your chosen apartment, whether there are entertainment, restaurants, shops, and so on. Having specified all the details and nuances, you can book a place of residence.
Step 4
The owners may ask you to make a prepayment of 30% of the price. Final payment is due no later than two weeks before the trip. If your trip is canceled, you must notify the hosts within the agreed time frame. In this case, you can count on the amount to be returned to you without penalties.
Step 5
After receiving payment, you should receive a booking voucher from the owners, which you need to have with you when you receive a visa (if you do not have one), as well as when going through customs. This document is proof of your residence and must be printed on a letterhead.
Step 6
Some of the apartment owners also provide a shuttle service. Check with the hosts if they can meet you at the airport. If the owners agree, payment must also be made in advance, that is, even before the trip. If not, you should either order a taxi in advance or rent a car from the airport.
