To be placed on the queue, you must fill out an application - a formal request to the administrative authorities to make a decision on your issue.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare originals and copies of documents confirming your right to this benefit (issuing an apartment, obtaining additional living space). These include copies of passports of each of the family members (certify with a notary), marriage certificate, birth certificate of a child (children), 2NDFL certificate for each family member, an extract from the house book, cadastral plan of the apartment, work books (also for all workers family members). If you have bank deposits, you will need a certificate of interest on them. Provide details of the property you own.
Step 2
Contact the social welfare authorities to obtain a certificate confirming the status of the person in need of housing improvement. It also confirms the right to an early receipt of housing. The benefits of each of your family members are taken into account (for example, if you have a disabled child).
Step 3
With the package of documents, go to the administration of your settlement. Fill out an application addressed to the head of administration. In the column "from whom" you must indicate in the full names of all persons in your family who need to improve their living conditions, contacts for communication with them, the address of registration. Next in the application, ask for an improvement in living conditions. To justify it, indicate the rate of housing per person in your region and the number of members of your family (so that you can clearly see the discrepancy between the number of family members and the occupied living space).
Step 4
Be sure to indicate the data for each family member (full name, who you are, passport data or number of the birth certificate). If any of them have benefits, please indicate that too. For confirmation, numbers of certificates, certificates or certificates are written.
Step 5
Indicate in the application information about the property available to family members. Remember that it should be taken into account when calculating the norms of living space per person. The estimated cost of this living space is given.
