It is much more difficult to independently apply for a visa to the United Arab Emirates than to Europe. The most affordable and often the only possible way is to buy a tour. An exception is provided when flying to Dubai with the Emirates carrier. In this case, the issue can be resolved through the visa center in Moscow. In the rest of the chances are still there, but very small.

- 1. International passport, valid for at least six months from the beginning of the intended trip.
- 2. Original internal passport and copies of all pages with marks.
- 3. Application for a visa.
- 4. Completed visa application form.
- 5. Round-trip air ticket.
- 6. Photo 4, 3 by 5, 5 cm, the face must occupy at least 80%, full face.
- 8. Confirmation of financial solvency: certificate of annual earnings of at least 400 thousand rubles. or banking history for six months, showing regular income at the level of about 34 thousand rubles. per month. If a student is applying for a visa, at least one of his parents must have such income.
- 9. Confirmation of residence, if the visa is not transit.
- 10. Cash rubles to pay for the consular council and visa center services.

Step 1
The main feature of obtaining a visa in the UAE: the consulate of the Emirates in Moscow does not deal with this issue. The exception is holders of diplomatic passports. This issue should be resolved by your sponsor through the immigration services directly in the country.
The sponsor can be a business partner, a friend or relative residing in the UAE, the airline you are flying with, the travel agency where the voyage is booked, or the hotel where you plan to stay.
Therefore, when traveling on your own, you will have to start by looking for a hotel that will go for it. There are few of them. And, as a rule, they belong to the highest price category: from several hundred dollars per night.
Step 2
Please contact the selected hotel by email or telephone prior to booking. Check if they are engaged in visa support, if so, learn more about the conditions. Most often, one hundred percent prepayment of accommodation and visa fees is required. Next, you will have to scan the necessary documents and send them to the hotel's email address.
The hotel must then send you an electronic copy of the visa, which must be presented at the border control upon arrival in the country.
Step 3
If you fly to Dubai with Emirates, Emirates takes over the sponsorship role. But at the same time, you must purchase a two-way ticket, and for a transit trip - fly in and out to the UAE only by Emirates plane (on the way there and back).
