Poland is a member of the European Union, so if you are a citizen of the Russian Federation and want to visit this country, you will need a valid visa. You can apply for a visa at the Consular Sections of the Embassy of Poland. They are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad and Irkutsk.
It is necessary
- - a passport valid for at least 90 days from the date of the end of the trip and having 2 blank pages;
- - a photocopy of the spread of the passport;
- - 2 color photographs, size 3, 5 X 4, 5 cm;
- - questionnaire;
- - confirmation of accommodation (hotel reservation, invitation);
- - round trip tickets (original, copy);
- - a certificate from the employer;
- - confirmation of the availability of funds;
- - insurance policy;
- - payment of a consular fee in the amount of 35 euros.
Instructions
Step 1
First, fill out the form on the website of the visa center - https://wiza.polska.ru/wiza/index.html. This takes 30 minutes. If you don't make it in time, you will have the opportunity to start all over again. At the end of the process, you will be assigned a unique number and the day of your visit. The questionnaire can be in English, Polish or Russian, but, in any case, all words must be written in Latin letters. Print it out, sign your name and paste the photo in the space provided
Step 2
To submit documents, you will need to come to the Consulate on the appointed day, register, get a number and take a queue, since the time indicated in the application form is not valid. By paying the consular fee, you will be able to submit your documents. The department works from 09:00 to 13:00.
Step 3
The Consular Section of the Polish Embassy does not consider booking confirmation received by mail. Therefore, it will be necessary to attach the original or a voucher sent by fax, containing the stamp of the hotel, the signature of the person in charge and information that the prepayment (payment) has been made.
Step 4
The certificate from the place of work must be on the company letterhead indicating your position, salary and seniority.
Step 5
Private entrepreneurs must submit a copy of the company registration certificate and a certificate of registration with the tax authority.
Step 6
Students will need a certificate from their school. If the trip is planned for the time of the class, you will need a second certificate allowing you not to attend the class.
Step 7
Pensioners and non-working citizens need to attach a sponsorship letter from the person funding the trip or bank statement and a copy of the pension certificate.
Step 8
You can confirm the availability of funds by credit cards, bank statements or traveller's checks. You must have 25 euros per person per day.
Step 9
If you are traveling by invitation, it must contain the following information: passport details of the person inviting you, his address, telephone number, dates and purposes of your trip, the address where you will be staying, who pays for the trip and the degree of your relationship. If you have no family ties, you will need to explain when and where you met.
Step 10
If you are traveling with a child, you need to attach 2 photographs and a copy of the birth certificate to the main documents, sign his application form and stick a photo on it.
Step 11
If the child is traveling with one of the parents, a notarized power of attorney will be required to take the child from the other parent and a photocopy of his passport. If the child is traveling with an accompanying person, please include a permit from both parents and a photocopy of their passports. If one of the parents is absent, you need to submit supporting documents from the competent authorities.
Step 12
The medical insurance policy must be valid throughout the Schengen area and have coverage from 30,000 euros.
