However, there are situations when a visa is needed in the coming days - you have an urgent business trip, a burning ticket, or you just hesitated and did not submit documents on time. Step 1
In order to apply for an urgent visa to travel abroad, you will need the same package of documents as for a regular visa. The difference will be only in the cost of the consular fee - for a fast visa it is higher than for a regular one.
Step 2
Go to the website of the embassy of the country to which you intend to leave. Open the section "Information on obtaining visas", "Consular services" or "Visa information" - on different sites it can be called differently. Select the type of visa you need, and you will receive a list of documents required to obtain it.

Make sure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip. If everything is in order with this document, you can proceed to filling out the visa application form. On the websites of the embassies of some states, such a list of questions can be printed and filled in by hand, on other sites this document is filled out online. Pay attention to the form in which the profile is presented on the site you are using.

Gather the necessary list of certificates and medical policies, take a photo for a visa. Before heading to the photo studio, read the requirements that the embassy imposes on the pictures: what size they should be, what background they should be taken, what should be the distance from your head to the edge of the photo.

If you have the opportunity to receive an invitation from a resident of the country you are going to, use it. Such an invitation will speed up the processing of documents.

Specify when you must pay the visa fee and do so. Some embassies accept payment in cash at the time of submission of documents, in other cases it is necessary to pay the fee in advance. Be sure to notify that you are getting an urgent visa. Usually its cost is twice as high as usual.
