The procedure for booking a suite is almost the same as when choosing a different category of accommodation. You can use the online booking form, if available on the hotel or intermediary company website, or contact the staff by phone, email or, if possible, through one or another instant messaging program.

- - a bank card with an account balance up to the full cost of placement (not in all cases).
Instructions
Step 1
Open the website of the hotel or intermediary company you are interested in and study the offers for the dates you are interested in. In most cases, this will allow you to find out at least the placement price. Less often, but also quite often, information about the availability of rooms may be available.
Step 2
Go to the booking form if available on the website. Fill it out. If possible, immediately select a room class, make the appropriate mark. If not, please indicate that you are looking for a suite in the field for additional information. Depending on the specific hotel or intermediary, your application can be instantly processed automatically or after a while on request.
Step 3
Contact the selected hotel or reseller by any means available if online booking is not available. The most reliable option in such cases is the phone number of the reservation service. You can also try to contact the hotel via email or instant messaging programs. But if you do not get an answer for a long time, and you want to stay in the chosen hotel, it is better to call.
Step 4
Include in the application all information relevant for booking: when you plan to move in, and when to leave, how many people you are, age and citizenship of each. Be sure to stipulate that you need exactly the suite. Be prepared to also answer additional questions.
Step 5
Have your credit card ready if the hotel or reseller needs its details for a reservation. Be prepared to enter into the booking form, dictate by phone or otherwise transfer its details: number, owner's name, expiration date, security code on the back. In some cases, the card number is fixed without a transaction, and payment is made upon arrival, or even eviction, in others, full or partial prepayment of accommodation may be required. The hotel may also block the amount to the full cost of the accommodation prior to your check-in, after which it will be debited. Accordingly, the balance on the card must cover the entire amount that will be debited or blocked.
Step 6
Record the reservation number, after waiting for its confirmation. You will need this information during further communication with the hotel staff until checking into the room. Often, a room can be booked for the last name - yours or someone from those who will move in there with you.
Step 7
Confirm your intention to check in at the agreed time in the booked room at the time agreed upon when communicating with the representatives of the hotel or the intermediary, if such a condition is provided, in accordance with the instructions received when the hotel or the intermediary confirms the booking.
