The booking.com Internet service is popular all over the world, annually more than 20 million people use this resource to book a hotel. To do this for the first time, you need to register, select a hotel and, possibly, make a prepayment.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to go to the main page of the booking.com website. For full access to hotel selection and booking, a simple registration process is required on the website. To do this, click on the "Login or create an account" button in the upper right corner of the page. Then, in the menu that opens, go to the "Registration" tab.

In the "E-mail address" field, enter your e-mail, come up with a password that you need to enter in the field below, and then click "Create my profile". In the same tab, you can subscribe to interesting offers from the company in order to always timely learn about discounts and company promotions.
Step 3
A pop-up window will open on the booking.com website, in which you will be asked to enter your first and last name, it is advisable to indicate such data, as they will be needed when booking. After you enter the data, save it. Then the site will offer you a short survey, the results of which will allow the system to find the most suitable options for you. However, you can skip this turn and go to the next step.
Step 4
Now you need to confirm your postal address, that is, you need to go to your e-mail, which should have already received a request from the site administration, and open the letter. The subject line of this email should be “Confirmation Needed”. Open the letter, in it you need to click "Confirm" to complete the registration process on booking.com.
Step 5
When you click on the button, a page with your account settings will open in the browser, you need to make changes to them. Be sure to fill in your address, phone number, and link your credit or debit card so that you can make a prepayment. Otherwise, you will be able to book the night only in a limited list of hotels that do not require bank card authorization. To change the data for each line, there is an "Edit" button on the right. After clicking this button, fields for filling open in which you need to enter the correct information.
Step 6
After saving the data, you can proceed to the search for the option you need. To do this, click on the site logo in the upper left corner, you will be taken to the main page. In the upper left part of the screen there is a menu for searching hotels. You need to enter the place where you are going to stay, the date of arrival and departure from the hotel. Next, you need to select the number of guests, while indicating the adults and children. Now you can click the "Find" button.
Step 7
In the tab that opens, you will see how many accommodation options are available for the specified dates. Search results can be ranked according to guests' ratings, popularity, select hotels near any point of interest. Select the hotel you like and click on its name. A new tab will open in the browser, where you can see photos of rooms, prices for different categories of rooms, as well as amenities. If you are satisfied with this option, then you can select the number of rooms you need in the column on the right, and then click on the "Book" button.
Step 8
On the page that opens, you need to confirm the number of rooms, the choice of beds, for example, one double or two single beds, indicate the approximate time of arrival. You can also write a short message to the hotel administrator. Next, you will need to enter your address and then your booking will be confirmed. If the hotel requires prepayment, then after that you will need to pay a deposit using a bank card or bank receipt. Your e-mail will also receive a booking confirmation, which must be printed out and then provided to the hotel administrator during check-in.
