Australia is a mysterious country that occupies an entire continent located in the southern hemisphere of the Earth. At the same time, such an attitude towards it is due, among other things, to the fact that it is located at a considerable distance from other states, and the flight there takes many hours.
Flights from Moscow to Australia
Australia has several major airports that receive international flights from around the world. It should be borne in mind that the state of Australia is quite extensive in area: it occupies more than 7.5 million square kilometers. Depending on which air carrier you have chosen for your flight, one of the major cities located mostly in Asia can become a connecting point on this trip. In particular, carriers offer flights from Moscow to Australia with transfers in Bangkok, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Doha or Dubai.
The total duration of staying in the air on both sections of the route in aggregate will be about 18 hours. In this case, the duration of the entire trip will, accordingly, depend on the duration of the transfer in the transit city. Since in this case it is possible to purchase a single ticket, in which the departure point will be Moscow, and the arrival point - one of the Australian cities, this flight will be considered a transit flight.
