Some paintball fans don’t play outside in winter. And a man of local temper does not even mind fighting in the snow. Moreover, he values this opportunity - he knows that in another season such conditions simply will not be found.
In the snow, you can dig a trench, a parapet, and five of us - in general, a whole fortified area. You can build a snow fortress and fight for it with such fury that in five minutes it will look like the motley of the most brilliant abstract painting.
Winter paintball is a good test of endurance. If the site is not trampled down and the battle is going on in snowdrifts, then this is not for you to ride in a clearing. Actions are constrained, slowed down, which means that they must be prudent, far-sighted, smarter. Go for more runs through the snowdrifts.
There are also some technical difficulties with winter paintball. A common problem is balls that freeze, crack inside the marker and fly out of the barrel in a spray. This means that you have to choose a club that has special winter "patrons".
With clothes, you also need to foresee everything correctly. Of course, take woolen socks instead and dress like cabbage whenever possible - the more layers, the better. A single, albeit warm, suit will get wet faster. And the club must be chosen civilized. Where at least there are warm changing rooms. And if the club organizes an off-site event in some wild place, then it is desirable that a base camp be set up - at least elementary tents with potbelly stoves.
