Step 1

The child's immunity is strengthened, as a result, he is less sick, and his mother works more fruitfully, dispensing with sick leaves for caring for the child. Treatment on the "Mother and Child" voucher is prescribed in accordance with the diagnosis indicated in the health resort card.
Step 2
The Mother and Child package is free. Vouchers are issued by the departments of social support for the population of cities and districts of the region. They are intended primarily for children in difficult life situations (including for children whose families are poor, for orphans, children left without parental care, disabled children) and one family member accompanying the child.
Step 3
It is necessary to collect documents (and copies of documents) to receive a free ticket:
- A certificate received from the district pediatrician that sanatorium treatment is necessary;
- A copy of the child's birth certificate, or his passport, if the child is 14 years old, (passport);
- A copy of the child's compulsory medical insurance policy;
- A copy of the insurance certificate of the State Pension Insurance (SNILS;
- Statement of consent to the processing of personal data, which is filled in by the parent.

You should contact the Department of Social Support of the Population at the place of residence and bring an application that is filled in according to the approved form, and in addition a whole package of documents, including those that confirm the status of a low-income family.
Step 5
