Step 1
Make a list of the things you are going to take with you on your trip. Divide a piece of paper into several parts, heading each section, for example: "documents", "clothes", "medicines", "on the plane", "equipment and chargers". Imagine how you arrive at the hotel, go to the beach, go on an excursion. Write whatever you might need, later you will edit the list and cross out what you can do without. The procedure for forming the list is best carried out within a few days before packing, this is the longest part of packing your suitcases.
Step 2
Free up space on the floor. This is where you put everything you take with you. Leave room for a suitcase or bag to avoid stacking it on top of your belongings.
Step 3
Form piles of things according to the sections of the list. Separately put everything you need on the road - documents, clothes and shoes in transport, phone, money.
Step 4
Stack your clothes so they can be easier to put in bags or straight into a suitcase. Try to keep the size of the folded items approximately the same. Also, clothes can be rolled into rolls, if, of course, you are sure that there will be an iron at the place of stay. Hollow items can hold small items of clothing such as socks or tights.
Step 5
Prepare packages. They can accommodate clothing, medications, and chargers. Opaque packages can be signed. Store items that you may need in the unlikely event separately. The bags will not only prevent your clothes from getting wet, but will also reduce the volume of your clothes.
Step 6
Use laces or twine. With their help, you can tightly bandage bags, blow off excess air and reduce the volume.
Step 7
Place all prepared items in a suitcase or bag. If there is too much luggage, analyze the list and remove some of the items.
Step 8
Do not forget about the rules for carrying baggage on transport.
