Eating right is very important. It is especially important to eat right when you are on vacation abroad. Not all the products that local residents eat will be suitable for us, the residents of Russia. The remark about proper nutrition for children is especially true. Parents should carefully consider this issue and adopt several recommendations.
If you are traveling with a baby who is still breastfeeding, keep in mind that you need to drink a lot and often. In addition, more rest is required so that the amount of milk does not decrease. Moreover, the summer heat often contributes to a decrease in milk production. If you are feeding your baby with formulas, then use special formulas that are available in special packaged portions. It will be convenient for you to prepare food for your baby anywhere. You only need boiled (bottled) water.
If the child is still small, but already eats more solid food, then feed him baby canned food. Take with you on your trip those foods that he loves and that are easy to digest. If a child eats little on vacation, then this is not scary. This often happens to children when traveling. Better feed him again, but later.
But in the case when your child is already eating at a common table, then you will have to be guided by a few simple rules:
- offer water to the child only from bottles;
- wash fruits and vegetables well, but only with bottled water;
- try to prevent your child from eating any kind of exotic food, as well as dishes with the addition of various sauces;
- do not eat cold meat and fish dishes;
- in order to avoid troubles, local dairy products, as well as eggs, should be excluded from the diet.
So that the rest is not overshadowed by the consequences of improper nutrition, carefully monitor your baby's diet.
