A highly qualified specialist can go to Sweden to work. To do this, you must first find a job in Sweden, which can be done through websites and specialized recruiting agencies. In Sweden, as in any other EU country, foreigners are hired, but not very willingly, since there are enough of their own specialists. To work in Sweden you will need a visa, work permit and residence permit if you will be working for more than 3 months. A work permit can only be obtained after your Swedish employer has formally agreed to accept you. The Swedish employer must first request a certificate from the labor exchange on the possibility of issuing a work permit to a foreigner and, if the decision is positive, send it. With it, you can go to the Swedish embassy (consulate) and apply for a work permit. At the same time, the issue of issuing a residence permit will be considered. After receiving these documents, you will need to obtain a visa with the "B" status. Only after observing all these formalities can you legally leave for Sweden to work.
Step 5
For students (especially girls) there is an opportunity to go to Sweden under the Au-Pair program. This program provides for a homestay with a child to be cared for. You take care of the child, receiving pocket money from the family, while in the family you feed. In your free time, you can study Swedish and earn extra money, and later, after completing the program, try to get a full-time job.
