Those who want to travel or change their place of residence often turn their attention to the wonderful country of Finland. So that paper formalities related to travel do not interfere with rest, you need to get the so-called Schengen. How easy is it to get a Schengen visa to Finland?

- - the passport;
- - copies of all pages of the passport;
- - international passport;
- - certificate of a credit card;
- - certificate from the place of work;
- - medical insurance policy;
- - photos;
- - hotel reservation;
- - air ticket reservation;
- - invitation;
- - birth and marriage certificate.
Instructions
Step 1
Visit the nearest Finnish embassy (if this is not the case in your country, contact the neighboring one), having the following documents with you:
- passport and a copy of all its pages;
- international passports;
- financial documents (certificate of credit card, if any, certificate from the place of work or study);
- health insurance policy for the countries of the Schengen area;
- photographs 3, 6 x 4, 7 on a light gray background (without any decoration), there may be additional requirements for photographs, which you can find out at the embassy itself.
Make sure that your passport expires at least after a year.
Step 2
Beforehand, you will need to request from Finland:
- booking a hotel, air tickets, an invitation from a company or from a resident of Finland to obtain a business or guest visa. Their presence significantly increases the chances of getting a visa without any problems.
You may also be required to provide other documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, etc.).
Take a sample of an invitation from a Finnish citizen at the embassy itself.
Step 3
Fill out a Schengen visa application form at the embassy.
Step 4
Pay the fee for processing your application and other necessary expenses.
Step 5
Get an interview at the embassy (optional, but possible if your identity raises any suspicions and questions).
