Step 1

If you want to divide your vacation into several parts, you need a vacation schedule for employees and an agreement with company management. At the same time, you should remember that disabled people have the right to count on vacation in 30 calendar days, minors - 31 calendar days, and doctors and teachers - 42-56 calendar days.

Step 2

To break up your annual vacation, go straight to your employer with a statement. The authorities must give their consent to carry out such a "fraud". At the same time, the minimum number of days for one part of the vacation is set, which is 14 calendar days.

Step 3

After that, start calculating your annual leave pay. According to article 139 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the final amount depends on the average wage of an employee for 12 months. Of course, this condition can be adjusted in the internal legal acts of the company. But at the same time, this figure cannot be lower than that established by the state. Divide average earnings by 12 (months) and then by 29.4 (average number of days) to calculate how much you get for one day of paid annual leave.

Step 4

The Labor Code of the Russian Federation requires each enterprise to establish a vacation schedule, in which information about all employees is entered. The only exceptions are some categories of workers who can count on leave outside the schedule or at a convenient time for them. This list includes underage employees, pregnant women and men whose wives are expecting a baby in the near future. Surprisingly, single mothers do not have these rights.

Thus, carefully study the vacation schedule before buying tickets or making any plans. In this case, the employer must inform all employees about the timing of the annual leave at the end of December (two weeks before the New Year).
