Yeosu City is located in the South-East of South Korea in the Jeollanam-do province. It is located on the peninsula, which is washed by the Korea Strait. Today, Yosu is of increased interest because of the World Expo 2012, which opened on May 12. But the coast of the city is also a great vacation spot. Moreover, you can get to Yeosu by various means of transport.

Instructions
Step 1
Buy a plane ticket to one of the central cities in Korea. The most convenient way to get to Yeosu is from Seoul, Gwangju, Daejeon. Find out which of the listed cities there are direct flights from the nearest city from your place of residence.
Step 2
You can get from Seoul to Yeosu by three types of transport: plane, bus or car. During the World Expo, Koreans organize special transfers for visitors that come to the main parking lot in Yeosu City. Travel time by car from Seoul will take about 4 hours.
Step 3
A flight from Seoul Airport to Yeosu is also a very good choice. For example, a flight from Moscow takes about 8 hours and 30 minutes. The second flight will last less than an hour. The exhibition complex can be reached from the airport in 30 minutes by a special bus.
Step 4
The bus from Seoul to Yeosu takes 4 hours and 20 minutes. Further from the bus station you will need to walk to the Expo-2012 building for about 15 minutes. You can also get to Yeosu by bus from other cities in South Korea: Gwangju, Chonju, Busan.
Step 5
If you prefer to travel by train, then their departure to Yeosu City occurs only from Yongsan Station (3 hours on the way), Daejeon (2 hours 20 minutes) and Jeonju (1 hour 20 minutes). Yeosu railway station is located closest to all other transport hubs from the exhibition complex: you only need to walk for five minutes. To get on the train in time, take the airport shuttle to Seoul Station. There, buy a ticket to the required station. Please note that trains only run from Seoul Station to Daejeon Station and Jeonju Station.
Step 6
Yosu is a port city, so it is possible to get there by ferry. A special line was opened for regular sea traffic between Yosu and the port of Jeju. Travel time is about 3 hours. The ferry can accommodate not only passengers but also cars. Therefore, you can safely get to Jeju by a rented car.
