The fastest way to get to Uzbekistan is by plane. For this, there are many flights that leave for the capital of this country every day. Utair and Transaero airlines fly from Vnukovo airport on the Moscow-Tashkent route, Uzbek airlines fly from Domodedovo, and Aeroflot and Air France flights from Sheremetyevo. The flight will take 3 hours and 50 minutes.
Step 2
The airplane competes with long-distance train travel. The Moscow - Tashkent train departs from the Kazansky railway station of the Russian capital every day, except Friday and Sunday. During the summer, this train's schedule changes and runs seven times a week. Travel time is 66 hours.

There is another option for traveling by long-distance train. The "Kharkov - Tashkent" train is in transit through the territory of Russia, but it is rather problematic to buy tickets for it. As a rule, there are no empty seats in it.

You can also travel from Moscow to Uzbekistan by bus. But there is a significant disadvantage here - the flights that depart from the Kazan railway station are irregular, and the technical condition of the buses leaves much to be desired. Plus, it must be remembered that the path is not short - 3600 kilometers, and it is quite difficult to do it on an old bus without incident. Travel time is about 70 hours excluding stops.

However, for car lovers it is possible to go to Uzbekistan not even by bus, but by their own vehicle. In your car, you need to move along the federal highway M5 up to the border with Kazakhstan. Then there will be the A-300 highway, and in Uzbekistan a real test for the car will begin - the A-15 highway. When crossing the border of the Russian Federation, it is worth considering that the so-called travel expenses on the way through Kazakhstan and in Uzbekistan itself can result in a very decent amount. But this is also a special flavor of Asia. Travel time will be about 65 hours.
