Novomoskovsk is a city located on the Central Russian Upland between the Shat and Don rivers. It is an important industrial and economic center of the region. The city is part of the Tula-Novomoskovsk agglomeration.

Step 1
Go to Novomoskovsk along the highway. The Don highway runs near the city, connecting Moscow with the southern part of Russia. Thanks to this neighborhood, Novomoskovsk can be reached by this road from Moscow, Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar and Novorossiysk. The P132 highway, which also runs in the immediate vicinity of the city, connects Novomoskovsk with Kaluga, Tula, Mikhailov and Ryazan. The P140 highway can be reached from Tula.
Step 2
Use the rail link to Novomoskovsk. The Moscow-Donbass and Syzran-Vyazma highways pass through the city station Novomoskovsk-1. You can also get to Novomoskovsk by commuter trains. Trains leave here from Tula and other nearby cities. Suburban trains leave for Novomoskovsk mainly from two directions, from Maklets and Bobrik-Donskoy stations.
Step 3
Go to the city by regular vehicles. Novomoskovsk is connected by bus service with many settlements. The city is connected with Moscow, Voronezh, Ryazan, Orel by direct routes. You can also come to Novomoskovsk from less popular destinations - Bogoroditska, Vinev, Efremov, Kireevsk, Skopin. Bus routes from Tula leave every 10 minutes, with the exception of at night and late evening.
Step 4
To get to Novomoskovsk by air from remote regions, use any Moscow airport for arrival. Next, by rail or by bus, go to Tula. You can go directly to Novomoskovsk, but the administrative center of the region connects a lot more transport flights with the capital. From Tula, take a bus or train to your final destination. If necessary, you can use the airports of Lipetsk or Voronezh, which are located at about the same distance from the city as in Moscow.
