However, there are situations when it is not possible to provide a certificate confirming your solvency. In this case, the sponsorship letter will act as a guarantee of sufficient funds for the trip.
Instructions
Step 1
First, on the website of the embassy of the country where you are going to go, check for a sample sponsorship letter. If there is a sample (which is quite rare), then everything is obvious - compose a letter according to the sample. If not, then proceed to the next step.
Step 2
The sponsorship letter is written on behalf of the person who bears your expenses during the trip. It can be not only your relative - father, husband, brother, wife, but also just a friend / girlfriend.
Step 3
On an ordinary sheet of A4 paper in the upper right corner, you must write where exactly the sponsorship letter is provided, for example, "Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany".
Step 4
Below, in the middle of the sheet, the phrase is written: "Statement of financial security."
Step 5
What follows below is the text:
“I, (surname, first name, as in the passport), date of birth, place of birth, resident (address of permanent residence) hereby undertake to provide my daughter / wife / girlfriend / … surname, name of the person to whom you are writing the sponsorship letter, as in passport, his date of birth, place of birth, address of permanent residence, full material support for the entire period of his / her stay in the territory of … (for example, Germany) from … to …. (put the travel dates).
In addition, I will pay or provide reimbursement for the costs associated with his / her treatment and, if necessary, with the return home."

Do not forget to sign and date after the text of the application.
